Judge Myers in Mount Vernon, Oregon reported in AVAILABLE Court that HE DID NOT CARE Exactly what the people voted for. H-e was NOT planning to Honor I-692 and enable us to keep our home under RAP 8.1 before the FINAL Ruling was made BY-PASSING my right-to a Jury Trial!
