Google News - Yet another report announcer 40161

In Google's new fight towards becoming a worldwide news center, I have come to observe that the outcome sent from Google News appears like simply the articles we publish every-day. So I ask, doesn't it appear to be Google News resembles a write-up directory of some sorts?
