Google News - Yet another report announcer 34106
In Google's current fight towards becoming an international information heart, I have come to notice that the outcome provided from Google News seems like nothing more than the articles we publish each and every day. So I ask, does not it seem like Google News resembles articles service of some sorts?

I only mention this because when posting my internet marketing posts, I often wonder should they arrive within Google News? 9 times out of 1-0, they are doing! In fact, they usually show up within 4-8 hours to be found from other top related web sites.
How can Google News select it's content?
At the moment, it appears that 'news facilities' & 'press release companies' associated with your area online are profiting from these research results. Once you contemplate it, wouldn't a press release be a form of information anyways? Possibly...
If you have a good look at the sites who produce the material within Google information, you will notice that only a select few are offering all the results. Again, it is possible that Google's news formula remains in its infant stages and probably has a large amount of constant battles to defeat.
It could be in Google's best interest to put together a team of experts in various areas to simply accept articles/news submissions so that you can keep the information source within the Google empire.

Google News Alerts - Ezine everyone?
When you consider it, you're giving Google your email address to get relevant articles to the search term delivered to your email, how does this vary from every other normal newsletter? Are we going to start seeing Google Adwords within the information alerts? Will they consider giving large corporations the opportunity to promote within their e-mail signals as an one-time mailing! I hope not.
More and more we're seeing less of the Google we once knew and have come to love (A search bar with some good benefits). Because Google's IPO, the develop-ment group at GG are starting to launch applications on line that are starting to resemble what we now know while the good Yahoo Portal.
