In Google's current battle towards becoming a global news heart, I've come to observe that the results delivered from Google News appears like simply the articles we publish everyday. So I ask, does not it look like Google News resembles an article directory of some sorts?

I only mention this because when submitting my online marketing posts, I often wonder should they show up within Google News? 9 times out of 1-0, they are doing! In-fact, they generally appear within 4-8 hours of being indexed from other top related websites.
How can Google News select it is content?
At this time, it would appear that 'information facilities' & 'press release companies' related to your field on line are profiting from these research results. Once you contemplate it, wouldn't a press release be considered a form of media anyways? Possibly...
