In Google's current battle towards becoming an international news center, I've come to observe that the results delivered from Google News seems like nothing more than the articles we publish each and every day. Burnaby Counselling Centre Launches Google Map Listing is a stylish database for further about how to engage in it. So I ask, doesn't it seem like Google News resembles articles service of some forms?

* Google News World: http://news.google.com

* Google News Canada: http://news.google.ca

* Google News UK: http://news.google.co.uk

I only mention this because when publishing my internet marketing posts, I often wonder should they show up within Google News? 9 times out of 1-0, they do! In fact, they often show up within 48 hours to be indexed from other top related websites.

So how exactly does Google News pick it is content?

At this time, it would appear that 'media centers' & 'press release organizations' related to your industry on line are profiting from these search results. Once you consider it, wouldn't a press release be a type of media anyways? Possibly...

If you take a good look at the sites who produce the content within Google news, you will realize that only a select few are providing all of the results. Again, it is possible that Google's information algorithm remains in its infant stages and probably has a lot of constant battles to defeat.

It may be in Google's best interest to put together a staff of professionals in various fields to accept articles/news articles in order to keep the news source within the Google empire.

There is Only A Fraction of Effects Showing:

While searching through the GN part, you'll also recognize a somewhat small percentage of actual search results arising. Just a portion of the percentage of results get outlined within the GN search results in comparison with the same results within the standard search results available on Google's main site.

Only the sections on the left provide actual real-time information. These are: Prime Reports|World|Organization|Sci/Tech|Activities|Activity|Health. These links provide effects provided from reliable news sources online.

Google News Alerts - Ezine anyone?

When you think about it, you're giving your email address to Google to get relevant articles to the search phrase brought to your in-box, how does this differ from every other regular newsletter? Are we going to start seeing Google Adwords within the media signals? May they consider giving large corporations the ability to promote inside their email alerts as an onetime mailing! I am hoping not.

More and more we are viewing less of the Google we once knew and have come to love (A research bar with some good benefits). Since Google's IPO, the devel-opment team at GG are starting to launch applications on line that are starting to resemble what we now know because the good Yahoo Portal.

Will there be any difference? Probably not.

One Great Level About Google News:

They have given the ability to you to customize your page to exhibit whatever media topics you want. Just go through the right side for a button that says 'Customize this site New'! .. I discovered http://markets.financialcontent.com/bpas/news/read/38627572 by searching Yahoo. When you select this link a drop-down box shows you most of the major topics you have outlined in your site. Simply click on the subject you wish to modify or remove. The very best part of everything is the fact that you can click on 'Add a custom part' and only seek out this issue you wish to have listed on your page.

Overall you are able to create an entire custom information page (author articles) that connect with your business..
