Google News - Yet another article announcer 40065

In Google's new struggle towards becoming a global media center, I have come to observe that the outcome delivered from Google News may seem like nothing more than the articles we publish daily. So I ask, does not it seem like Google News resembles an article service of some sorts?

I only mention this because when distributing my internet marketing posts, I often wonder if they show up within Google News? 9 times out of 10, they are doing! The truth is, they often arrive within 4-8 hours of being listed from other top related sites.

So how exactly does Google News pick it's content?

At this time, it would appear that 'information stores' & 'press release organizations' related to your field on line are cashing in on these research results. Once you contemplate it, wouldn't a press release be a form of media anyways? Possibly...

If you take a good look at the sites who produce the material within Google news, you'll notice that only a select few are offering most of the results. Again, it's possible that Google's media formula is still in its infant stages and probably includes a lot of constant battles to defeat.
