In Google's current struggle towards becoming a worldwide information center, I have come to observe that the outcome sent from Google News appears like simply the articles we publish each and every day. So I ask, does not it seem like Google News resembles an article service of some forms?

* Google News World: http://news.google.com

* Google News Canada: http://news.google.ca

* Google News UK: http://news.google.co.uk

I only mention this because when distributing my internet marketing articles, I often wonder if they appear within Google News? 9 times out of 1-0, they do! In fact, they generally arrive within 48 hours to be indexed from other top related internet sites.

So how exactly does Google News pick it is content?

At the moment, it seems that 'media centers' & 'pr release companies' related to your field online are profiting from these research results. If you think about it, wouldn't a press release be described as a kind of media anyways? Possibly...

If you take a good look at the websites who provide the content within Google media, you'll notice that only a select few are offering all of the results. Again, it is possible that Google's media protocol is still in its infant stages and probably has a large amount of constant battles to beat.

It could be in Google's best interest to put together a group of experts in different fields to accept articles/news articles so that you can keep the news source within the Google kingdom.

There is Just A Fraction of Benefits Showing:

While searching through the GN part, you will also notice a comparatively small part of actual search engine results developing. Just a fraction of a proportion of results get stated within the GN search results compared to the same results within the normal search results available on Google's main site.

Only the parts to the left offer true real-time news. Clicking http://markets.financialcontent.com/bpas/news/read/38627572 possibly provides cautions you can tell your dad. These are: Prime Experiences|World|Organization|Sci/Tech|Sports|Activity|Health. These links provide effects sent from legitimate information sources on the web.

Google News Alerts - E-zine anybody?

When you think about it, you're giving your email address to Google to get related articles to the search term delivered to your in-box, how can this change from any other regular publication? Are we going to begin seeing Google Adwords within the information alerts? Will they consider giving large the chance to companies to market inside their e-mail signals as an onetime mailing! I really hope not.

More and more we are seeing less of the Google we once knew and attended to love (A search bar with some good benefits). Since Google's IPO, the development group at GG are starting to launch programs on line that are starting to resemble what we now know as the great Yahoo Portal.

Maybe there is any difference? Not likely.
