In Google's new challenge towards becoming an international information center, I have come to notice that the results delivered from Google News may seem like simply the articles we publish daily. So I ask, does not it seem like Google News resembles a write-up index of some types?

* Google News World: http://news.google.com

* Google News Canada: http://news.google.ca

* Google News UK: http://news.google.co.uk

I only mention this because when submitting my online marketing posts, I often wonder if they appear within Google News? 9 times out of 1-0, they are doing! The truth is, they often appear within 4-8 hours to be listed from other top related sites.

How does Google News choose it is content?

At the moment, it would appear that 'news facilities' & 'pr release organizations' related to your area online are cashing in on these research results. This stylish http://markets.financialcontent.com/bpas/news/read/38627572 encyclopedia has a myriad of influential tips for the inner workings of this hypothesis. Whenever you contemplate it, wouldn't a press release be described as a kind of media anyways? Possibly...

You will realize that only a select few are providing all of the results, if you have a good look at the websites who deliver the material within Google media. Again, it's possible that Google's news protocol remains in its infant stages and probably includes a large amount of constant battles to overcome.

It might be in Google's best interest to put together a team of professionals in different areas to simply accept articles/news submissions so that you can keep the information source within the Google kingdom.

There's Merely A Fraction of Results Showing:

You'll also recognize a relatively small portion of actual search results developing, while searching through the GN area. Only a fraction of a percentage of results get outlined within the GN search results compared to exactly the same results within the regular search results found on Google's main page.

Only the parts to the left provide actual real-time news. These are: Top Experiences|World|Organization|Sci/Tech|Sports|Activity|Health. My co-worker found out about Burnaby Counselling Centre Launches Google Map Listing by browsing webpages. These links provide real-time effects delivered from credible information sources o-nline.

Google News Alerts - E-zine everyone?

When you contemplate it, you are giving Google your email address to get related articles to the key phrase brought to your mailbox, how does this vary from every other normal newsletter? Are we going to start seeing Google Adwords within the media alerts? Will they consider giving large corporations the ability to market of their mail signals as an onetime mailing! I hope not.

More and more we are viewing less of the Google we once knew and have come to love (A search club with some great benefits). Since Google's IPO, the develop-ment team at GG are starting to launch applications on line that are starting to resemble what we now know because the good Yahoo Portal.

Maybe there is any difference? Not likely.

One Great Point About Google News:

They have given the power to you to customize your site showing whatever media subjects you need. Just go through the right side for a button that says 'Customize this site New'! .. After you click this link a drop-down box shows you most of the major topics you have stated inside your page. Just click on the topic you intend to customize or remove. The very best part of everything is the fact that you can click on 'Put in a custom section' and simply search for this issue you need shown on your site.

Overall you are able to create an entire custom news site (author articles) that relate to your market..
