Google News - Just another report announcer 14981
In Google's current challenge towards becoming an international information center, I've come to observe that the results provided from Google News appears like nothing more than the articles we publish everyday. So I ask, doesn't it seem like Google News resembles articles index of some sorts?

I only mention this because when distributing my internet marketing posts, I often wonder when they appear within Google News? 9 times out of 10, they are doing! The truth is, they often arrive within 4-8 hours of being listed from other top related sites.
So how exactly does Google News select it's content?
At the moment, it would appear that 'media centers' & 'pr release organizations' linked to your field on line are profiting from these research results. You will realize that only a select few are providing all the results, if you have a good look at the websites who provide the material within Google news. Again, it is possible that Google's information algorithm remains in its infant stages and probably has a lot of constant battles to overcome.
It could be in Google's best interest to put together a group of professionals in different areas to simply accept articles/news articles in order to keep the news source within the Google kingdom.

When you contemplate it, you're offering your current email address to Google to get related articles to the key phrase delivered to your in-box, how can this differ from any normal newsletter? I really hope not.

They have given the ability to you to customize your page to show what-ever information topics you need. Only look at the right side for a button that says 'Customize this page New'! .. After you click on this link a drop down box shows you most of the major topics you've stated within your page. Just click on the topic you want to customize or remove. The best part of it all is the fact that you can click on 'Add a custom part' and simply search for the topic you wish to have shown on your page.
In general you can create a whole custom news site (author articles) that relate to your business..
