In Google's recent struggle towards becoming a global news heart, I have come to notice that the results delivered from Google News may seem like simply the articles we publish every day. So I ask, doesn't it appear to be Google News resembles articles directory of some forms?

I only mention this because when submitting my internet marketing articles, I often wonder if they show up within Google News? 9 times out of 1-0, they do! The truth is, they generally show up within 4-8 hours to be indexed from other top related internet sites.

How can Google News select it is content?

At this time, it would appear that 'news centers' & 'press release companies' related to your industry o-nline are cashing in on these research results. If you think about it, would not a press release be described as a type of news anyways? Possibly...

If you have a good look at the websites who provide the content within Google news, you will realize that only a select few are giving most of the results. Again, it is possible that Google's news formula remains in its infant stages and probably includes a large amount of uphill battles to defeat. It could be in Google's best interest to gather a group of professionals in various fields to accept articles/news submissions in order to keep the information source within the Google kingdom.
