In Google's recent battle towards becoming a worldwide information center, I've come to realize that the results provided from Google News may seem like simply the articles we publish everyday. So I ask, does not it appear to be Google News resembles a write-up listing of some forms?

I only mention this because when distributing my online marketing articles, I often wonder should they appear within Google News? 9 times out of 10, they do! Actually, they often appear within 4-8 hours to be found from other top related web sites.

How can Google News choose it is content?

At this time, it appears that 'media centers' & 'pr release companies' linked to your field o-nline are making the most of these search results. When you consider it, would not a press release be described as a type of news anyways? Possibly...

If you have a good look at the sites who provide the material within Google media, you'll realize that only a select few are offering all the results. Again, it is possible that Google's information formula remains in its infant stages and probably has a large amount of uphill battles to defeat.

It could be in Google's best interest to put together a team of professionals in different fields to just accept articles/news articles in order to keep the news source within the Google kingdom.
